Kristin Sue Williams

MCFARLAND - Kristin Sue Williams, age 52, of McFarland, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023, at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born on Dec. 23, 1970, in Hartford, Wis. Kristin graduated from Hartford High School in 1989. She went to MATC for court reporting but found her way to the auto business. She started in sales and worked her way up to finance manager, most recently working at Zimbrick Automotive Group. She was always helpful to her fellow coworkers, regardless of the department they were in.

Kristin married Jeffrey Williams on Aug. 27, 2016, at Point of Grace Church, followed by a reception on Lake Mendota aboard the Betty Lou Cruise. She was a dog lover and animal advocate. Family trips were important to her, and she took great pride in being a trip planner. She will always be remembered for her strength and her love for her husband, family, and friends. She was extremely dedicated to anything she put her mind to and was known as a strong-willed woman with a heart of gold.

Kristin is survived by her husband, Jeffrey; step-mother, JoAnn Engelke; father-in-law, Greg (Jackie) Williams; mother-in-law, Dianne Goerke; sister, Heather Engelke; step-sons, Griffen Williams and Rowen Williams; brother-in-law, Steven (Mindy) Williams; nieces, Abby and Ashley; beloved fur baby, Ozzy; and many, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Peter Robert Engelke.

A funeral service will be held at POINT OF GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH, 7026 Raymond Road, Madison, at 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10, 2023. Visitation will be held at the church from 3 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday.
