Bill and family, Danny and I are so sorry that you have lost your wonderful wife, best friend, soul mate, and mother to your family. Dolores always chose the best options for her physical, mental, and spiritual health. In spite of not eating sweets, she would purchase sweet rolls for the person she loved, always thinking of you first. Two of my most pleasurable memories were at the cottage in northern Wisconson. The first time on 9/11/2001. Dolores and I found a cleansing ritual we discovered while discussing a book in bookclub. We got matches, dry herbs, lit the herbs on fire at the dock trying to experience the cleansing. We laughed at ourselves. We also learned about the 9/11 terror on the radio while you and Richard were golfing. Going through that experience with you and Dolores felt somehow safer, more shielded from the pain. The second time there were 6 of us. We played Euchre, and Dolores taught me how to make a purse on her sewing machine. How generous, helpful and patient she was. Another loving memory was spending 3 weeks in Peru with Dolores and 2 of our friends. She is an unforgetable friend and sharing these thoughts with you has been helpful for me. I feel sad for the pain you are feeling. I will keep you in my thoughts and in my heart!

I'm sorry to hear of Dolores passing. I grew up on Crestview Dr. and lived near the family. I remember her smiling a lot when I saw her. Hugs to all of you.
