My sincerest sympathies to her family and friends. She was an amazing English teacher that I was so lucky to have during my high-school years. She taught me so much as to appreciate different writing styles and authors as I do to this day. Her witty character also kept you engaged during class. May you rest in peace Ms. Kenny. Sincerely former student, Kimberly Kroetz

I will always have a place in my heart for Judy. So many laughs between caring for her. I am so glad she got to die at home as she wished. Her daughter's, Amy and Anne, were so attentive which made my job much easier. I will always smile when I think of Judy calling me her "stinkin' nurse!" Rest dear Judy. You've earned it. I love you so much.

Judy was an amazing teacher and mentor. I was placed in her advanced English class sophomore year when I transfered schools. Judy recognized that due to moving around so much I had some major skill gaps. Shr stayed late every night ro work with me until I caught up with everyone else. She gave me confidence in my abilities and I was able to stay in advanced classes, eventually taking all the English classes she taught and passing all with As. No small accomplishment given her high standards. Now I teach High School English to struggling students. Judy was a force of nature and every one in a while I find myself saying, "Good morning America!" to my own students. She was one of a kind and I hope I make have the difference in a students' life that she made in mine.

I have fond memories of my classes with Mrs. Kenny. As a teacher, I have often thought of what would Mrs. Kenny do here? She was a devoted teacher, taking on both Reflections and Forensics when our sponsorship was lost. She was a memorable and pivotal fixture in my high school days.
