STOUGHTON - Bernard J. “Bernie” Theisen, age 66, passed away unexpectedly at Stoughton Hospital on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022. A celebration of life will be held at AMERICAN LEGION POST NO. 59, 803 N. Page St., Stoughton, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

So sorry to hear about Bernies passing. He worked very closely with the Mineral Point Nelson plant. Was a wonderful person and enjoyed his visits to our plant.

Bernie was a customer of mine when I managed Speedway in Stoughton. Very nice man that will be missed.

Time slips by so quicky, pretty sure somewhere around 10 years I worked with Bernie until he recently changed jobs.
He was in Sourcing / Commodity Mgr role in Stoughton, I work in Fort Wayne IN plant for Nelson as a buyer...so our paths crossed OFTEN.
A non stop go to for me as "mentor" for system figuring or a simple excel question....Bernie ALWAYS took time in his busy day to help.
A wonderful friend I will greatly miss, but see again someday...

To Bernie's family and friend. I'm so sorry for your loss. I didn't work directly with Bernie while I was at Nelson, but our paths crossed many times. Each and every time he showed me his kindness, patience, and his good nature. Rest in Peace Bernie, the world needs more folks like you.
