Those who worked with Cherith at TRC were blessed. Cherith was such a funny, kind, and outspoken person. As her manager, I always laughed with her that her internal censor was persistently non-existent in whatever meeting she was in. Her team – the Strategic Proposal team – particularly loved her for that! I will always remember her for saying the things the rest of us only thought. Cherith started at the company supporting the Madison, Wisconsin office and grew a very loyal clientele. People relied heavily on Cherith’s word processing skills and innate ability to transform engineering jargon into something that made sense. She kept people on task, made sure documents got out on time, and earned every one’s respect. From there she moved to my group supporting strategic proposals for the entire company. Again, she became a staple to many winning projects and was beloved in our group. I know she will be missed by so many people at TRC and among her many friends. I certainly will miss our talks, which continued after she retired. Stephen Galati
