It's not easy to put into words but a few highlights about Kathy. A good friend, a very dedicated mother/grandmother, a strong woman with insatiable curiosity, a great sense of humor. My deepest sympathy on the loss of her presence. Love, Bernice

Condolences to all the family. I went to grade school with John. Kathy and I were good friends during Junior High. I even was invited along on their family trip to Washington D.C. in 1968! Many great memories of summers at Vilas beach and listening to records in the rec room on the fancy stereo Kathy's Aunt Lois bought her. 🙏

My condolences to Kathy's family. I worked with Kathy at USGS. What I keep thinking about recently is how her face would light up when she talked about the grand tree outside her apartment window. She was so pleased to live in a place with a view of that tree. What a beautiful soul - she will be missed. I suspect the tree is weeping.
