Obituary
OREGON - June Linda Preston Olson, age 79, of Oregon, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022. She was born on June 16, 1943, in Racine, Wis., the daughter of Walter Earl Preston and O’Linda Josephine Ottum Preston.
June married Richard Alvin Olson on July 1, 1961, in Ladysmith, Wis. She worked for Drs. Mark and Mike Nelson, DDS, in Oregon until her retirement.
June loved her family and especially being a wife, mother, grandma and great-grandma.
June is survived by her four daughters, Deborah (Phil) Goplin, Vicky Syphard, Nanci Olson and Randee (Aaron) Schoenike; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three brothers and two sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and one sister.
June will be dearly missed.
Burial will be held at a later date in Spooner, Wis. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Wisconsin or the North Texas Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
