Integrity, honesty, compassionate, admiration, respect and the list goes when we think Of Uncle Dick. He was someone you liked instantly. We will cherish all the memories of times spent together at the cabin, hunting and fishing, telling stories, etc. We feel honored to have had him be a part of our family and celebrate his arrival into heaven and to be reunited with his loved ones. RIP Uncle Dick ❤️ Tom & Lori Vilstrup

"Share a memory" of Dick? Where does start . . . There are many. Tom Vilstrup characterized his Uncle perfectly in his memory comment. My last personal, private visit with Dick and Donna, together, was about 12 years ago, when I was working in NW Wisconsin, alone and tired, when I elected to stop at their Bone Lake home, on the chance that they were there. They were!!! The welcome mat was never more needed and appreciated . . . That's "the Vilstrup way"! R.I.P., Dick & thanks for being you!

To Family of Dick Vilstrup: We shared many fun events with Dick and Donna. Allan thought highly of Dick as a colleague and friend. He always had that special smile when I greeted him here at Oakwood. My Sincere Sympathy, Joyce Bringe

Mike Vilstrup. I saw you dad's obituary on Facebook and did a search which provided me this opportunity to offer my condolences to you and your family. I'm sure, even though a sad time, you will share many of the good times with your family. Your dad had a long life so you will have a few, no doubt!
