My sympathies in the loss of your mom. Pat was a kind, sweet person. I did her hair for many years at Hilldale. She mentioned to me that she did Real Estate. Pat helped my husband and I get our first home in 1988. God bless her with Eternal Rest.
Sincerely,
Sue Corcoran

My deepest condolences to you and your entire family. I will share a story of an encounter with Pat that shows how kind and composed she could be in a situation. It was the day before Spring break. and I was out bright and early collecting the live animals for the Science Materials Center at La Follette. I had plugged in an egg incubator before I left the center to test that if it was working properly. I heard on the radio that there was a fire at La Follette but never thought it could be in the SMC. I was on my 3rd school and Pat was subbing in the office and I went to get the master key to get into the classrooms. She quietly said, "You need to go back to La Follette right now. There is a fire in the SMC." She asked if I needed her to do anything for me. I asked her to call La Follette and tell them I was on my way back. She followed up after the fire to see if I was OK (physically and mentally). I appreciated that so much. She was a blessing to so many, and your memories will never go away.
