Phyllis Peterson

Dear Phyllis. So soon gone. We worked together the 28 years I was in the CUNA Publications Department. For years, we would walk Owen Park at lunch time. She set quite a pace but I would catch up to her on the hills. Fond memories. Condolences to son Gary and family.

I fondly remember Phyllis as a quiet, kind, sweet woman. She laughed easily and she reminded me alot of both her mom and dad. When Aunt Marie passed, she thought of me and another cousin to give us a piece of handiwork linen that Marie had made. That was so sweet of her! Phyllis is my dad's (Richard Brey) sister Marie's daughter so that would make her my cousin. The picture in her obituary is exactly as I remember her. I hope your family will have many good memories of her, all the while thanking God for letting you have her in your lives all these years. Diane Brey Jarchow

I met Phyllis in water aerobics class at Prince Club. She was a very sweet woman & we enjoyed discussions on outside plants & other topics. Although we weren’t suppose to talk during class, we enjoyed our time together. Prayers to the family. I am sorry for your loss, she is missed. Nancy
