Obituary

WAUNAKEE - Jeffrey Edward Glocksen passed peacefully on Friday, Nov. 18, 2022, and is survived by his partner of over 40 years. They moved to Waunakee, Wis., to be with family.


Jeff was a noted sculpturer working for the Metropolitan Art Museum in New York City. He also created a porcelain doll series for several mints and jeweler collections along with distinctive handcrafted pottery and garden sculptures.


In later years his passion turned to hybridizing dailies and creating beautiful landscape gardens in New Milford, Conn., where they lived for over 30 years.


He leaves behind his creations to lifelong friends, Barbara Moore, Genevieve Doremus and Donna Hespe and many nieces and nephews.


Funeral arrangements for family and friends in Waunakee, Wis., and Cleveland, Ohio, are to be determined.
