I’m so sorry that I can’t attend in person due to COVID. I will always remember the example of love that grandpa gave us in his marriage to grandma and how he treated us grandkids. Whether he was teaching how to use one of his woodworking tools or the snowblower, spinning a yarn (which I always fell for, hook line and sinker), or noticing something about our lives and complimenting us on it…I always knew that grandpa had so much love for our family. There are so many memories to choose from, and they all involve love. It’s that love that he leaves behind for us, which guides us in our own relationships and our own lives. He taught me to be a man of principles, while also seeking out adventure whenever you can. He leaves a gigantic hole in all of our hearts, but those who knew him know that he made this world a truly better place to live in. I love you, Grandpa. Love, Stephen.

We only met this dynamic man on one occasion, a joyous wedding, but that was enough to leave an indelible impression of his warmth and his kindness, his hearty sense of humor, the love he held for his family, and his zest for life! Our deepest sympathies to all of his friends and loved ones.

I enjoyed the opportunity to work with Bob on the County Board of Supervisors. He was thoughtful, fair, hardworking, and friendly. Bob served our county well and with the highest integrity. My prayers and sympathies to Bob's family. He will be missed by many. -Adam Field
