I am so sad to read this. Jeff has been a friend for a long time. I remember when he would take me out on his boat. I couldn't swim, but he talked me into putting on a life jacket. When I jumped in the first time he said the look on my face was priceless. After that you couldn't keep me out of the water. I will have fond memories of him always. RIP Jeff. 🙏😪
