I was so sorry to hear about Wayne's passing. I have not been in touch with many people since my husband Ray Laufenberg passed in September. Karen, you and I talked many times about your dad. He was very friendly to me and liked to hold my hand or wave to me. we had some good conversations when he first went to Homestead. He was an interesting man and I know he was disgusted that he could not get better. Karen , it was nice that you could spend time with him. I went to visit at Homestead about the middle of October and I did see white a change in him. Your obituary was very nice and told me many things about him .
