Frank was everywhere he needed to be. Taking photographs for the Wisconsin Society of land surveyors and representing surveyors all over the state always with a smile on his face or a grin like he was up to something … he will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to Millie, John, Charlie and all the family Holly Urbain

Frank was a mentor of mine. He vouched for me when I applied for my professional license. I will forever miss his carefree laugh and light hearted outlook on life. My condolences to his family as they grieve this loss.
