FITCHBURG - Alma Elizabeth “Bette” Linton, age 100, of Madison, entered the presence of her dear Savior peacefully, and in her own home on Friday, October 28, 2022. She was born in Datong, China, of missionary parents on Feb. 5, 1922.
Bette is survived by her children, Patricia, William III, and John; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Linton Jr., in April 1994, in Chesieres, Switzerland, and her children, Charlene and Gerry.
A Celebration of Life will be held at CHRIST MEMORIAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2833 Raritan Road, Fitchburg, at 1 p.m. on Saturday April 29, 2023.
