Neel Robertson

Uncle Neel was a kind and caring man. Although we were only able to interact sporadically throughout the years, visiting with the Neel Robertson family was simply a lovely and fun experience. He was there for my sisters and I especially when our father, his older brother Jim, died at 70. We will miss you Uncle Neel. ~ BH

Neel worked with me many times as an engineer on heat treating furnaces at my employer (steel mill in Coatesville, PA). He was a superior engineer and project manager who oversaw some real improvements in our steel heat treatment. But above that, Neel was one of the most honest and decent human beings that I ever worked with. He became as much a friend and an older mentor to me as he was a consultant and contractor. I know some time has now passed since his passing, but it was not until today that I checked on a whim for an obituary. It was a real privilege to have known Neel and worked with him.
