BLUE MOUNDS - Anna Rose Loger, age 45, of Blue Mounds, passed away on Friday, Sept. 23, 2022, at her home. She was born on May 18, 1977, in Madison, Wis., the daughter of Jim and Selma Bennett. She married her high school sweetheart, Michael Loger, on June 23, 2001.
Anna graduated from Wisconsin Heights High School in 1995 and continued her education at UW-Platteville. After graduation she became a proud member of the Prairie View Middle School staff.
Anna was a warrior and a true inspiration to everyone she met. She encouraged others with her positive outlook on life and her strength that never wavered through all of her obstacles. She was a beautiful soul inside and out. Anna loved her family and friends so much, and treasured her roles as a wife, sister, and friend. However, her favorite role was being the absolute best mom to Colin.
Anna is survived by her husband, Michael; son, Colin; her parents, Jim and Selma Bennett; her brother, Clayton Bennett (Anna); sister, Brittany Kraus (Adam); parents-in-law, Rodney and Susie Loger; sister-in-law, Tiffany Forseth (Matt); and her nieces and nephews, Sophie, Ava, Jack, Waylon, Graham, and Lainey. She was preceded in death by her Grandma Anna.
A visitation will be held at Gunderson Camacho Mount Horeb Funeral and Cremation Care, 500 N. Eighth St., Mount Horeb, from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
