I first met Esther when she worked at the Middleton City Hall with my dad George Kalscheur. She planned a beautiful retirement party for him. Then I had the pleasure of working with Esther at the Public Service Commission. She always had a beautiful smile and laughter in her voice. She was a lovely lady full of charm and wit.
