To the Family of Jeff Lanphear: Jeff and I go back to early childhood living in the same Beloit neighborhood near Central Ave and Emerson St. I am so sorry for your loss. Jeff was a friend and neighbor to me and I will always remember the good times we shared in the neighborhood and when we worked for the City during our college summers.
