I was thrilled when Kathryn & I rekindled our long time friendship after Larry & I got our winter home in Henderson, NV near her and Nic. So many fun days lunching, playing our penny slot machines, video polker and many buffets! Above all, I then met her kids and grandchildren, her pride and joy. All very accomplished in life as was Kathryn. Her leadership was admired and followed by many. She enjoyed her days in MHS Band and later we served on our class reunion committee meeting in Monroe in the Summer and Fall. We were (along with our husbands) active pioneers in building our Church in Henderson, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church which now has 8000+ registered parishioners. Larry and I offer our heartfelt sympathy to Nic and the entire family. Kathryn will be in our hearts forever. (Enclosed are photos of Kathryn and friends. One represents those who graduated from St. Victor’s)

Kathryn was one of my best friends in high school. I spent a lot of time on her parents farm. Kathryn was a person everyone loved and would do anything for you. After high school we lost touch but reconnected 22 years ago and together, Kathryn, Marcia Conway Dellefield and I spent some fun times together in Las Vegas sharing memories and buying from her Natures Luxuries. We know Kathryn is with her Lord and I praise God that one day we will again be united in the Presence of Jesus. Sending love to her family and prayers of gratitude to the Lord for allowing me to be her friend. Shirley Lindsay.

I was so sorry to hear about your loss of Kathryn. I remember her as the ROCK during Liz’s hospitalization with Leukemia in Denver. Kathryn stayed with us and we had many long chats, and became good friends. I thought then of how wise she was and so strong. She was also fun and funny too…just a great person. I know you will miss her so much. I will be praying for all of you. Judith Sullivan
