I only met Dorothy once at Taylor Ridge, and she was so sweet., she had just gotten out of the hospital this last time, but what a trooper coming to Happy Hour in the community room at Taylor Ridge... But I have heard plenty about her baking and passing her sweets out to the residents. I am sure she will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers with the family. Bobbi Leen & Dave Dyer

Aunt Dorothy is my dads oldest sibling, the last one. After my parents both passed within (6 months, 20 + years ago), Dorothy became a second mother to me. I loved sitting with her and hearing about her younger days, growing up with my father and other siblings. Her memory of that earlier life was phenomenal! Her life was not easy and she was tough as nails on everyone that she thought wasn’t doing their job, but she loved just as hard too. Aunt Dorothy I will miss seeing and talking to you so much! It seems like my past died with you too. Your legacy will live on through your children, grandchildren and your new great grandson. You will NEVER be forgotten. I love you 💜

I have very fond memories of Dorothy. Our parents played a lot of cards together when we were little. We will be in Alaska the day of her services, but I'd like to send a card with a donation in her name to Hope Lutheran Church. Can a family member text me at 608-575-6399 with an address to send to? Thank you - Vicki (Westphal) Kampmeier

Dorothy, I told BIG D that GOD broke the mold when he made you! I know this must have been true because I never meant another person of your qualities. Hope you guys can now have a couple more dances! Love Always Denis
