Mary Ellen Hutson

Mary was a great lady. I loved that she could get any stain out of any material. She passed this trait onto Tim. She is up in heaven with the rest of our families. She will be greatly missed. Rest in peace Mary

My sincere condolences to each member of Mary's family. I remember the day when she, Lee, and the kids moved to WI. They were moving on to new adventures, and left a void in my heart, because I loved playing with Jeff, Tim, Jill, and Debbie in my childhood. Would I ever see the Hutson family again? Doubtful. In 2018, at my brother Art Erickson's visitation, I was surprised when Jeff and Sharol came through the line. I will always cherish their gesture of coming all the way from WI to pay their last respects to him. I am so grateful that one of the lives Mary Ellen touched was mine. She was a hard worker, great cook, and still found time to play with her children, and the neighboring kids. Creston memories! May she rest in Eternal life, and may God hold your family tight.

Our sympathy to the family of Mary Ellen (Gittleson) Hutson. I was a good friend of her sister Ann (Gittleson) Hutcheson. Ann and I went to grade school and high school together in Creston/Rochelle, Illinois. I was blessed to know Mary Ellen and knew her as a beautiful and caring person.
