Obituary
MIDDLETON - Paul A. Maly, 89, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Meriter Hospital. Paul was born May 28, 1933, to Leo and Edna (Frisch) Maly in Madison.
Paul graduated from Central High School. Following graduation, he married Kathryn (Richardson) Maly. They celebrated over 60 years of marriage before Kathryn passed away in 2014. After serving in Korea, he worked delivering milk house to house for Bowman Dairy. Then he purchased a Mobil Station on Verona Road, which he operated and worked until his retirement. Paul loved playing golf, snowmobiling, boating on the Wisconsin River, and watching the Packers and Badgers.
Paul is survived by his children, Steve, Dave, Mike and Diane (David) Timm; grandchildren, Nicole, Bryant, Christie, Connor, Griffin, Paige, Michael and Jacob; and aunt, Florence Annen. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn; and parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. BERNARD CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7450 University Ave., Middleton, at 4 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2022. Burial will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday. A dinner will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., Middleton, immediately following the service on Friday.
