MADISON - After many beautiful years of love and friendship our beloved Alexia Lily Ebert has been taken from this world on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

At age 19, she leaves behind her mother and step-father, Carrie and Jason Leverington; half-sister, Brookelynn; step-brother, Tyler; her father, Joel Ebert (partner, Katie Mittelstaedt); her maternal grandparents, Bill and Carol Fleming; her paternal grandparents, Dave and Sue Ebert; her grandparents, Dennis and Mary Mittelstaedt; her uncle and aunt, Bill and Becca Fleming and cousins, Eastyn, Avery and Jayger; her uncle and aunt, Mike and Kristy Baker and cousins, Anna and Kylie; her partner, Sebastian Sommers; as well as so many other loved and loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. May you find peace our very dear Alexia.
