I was saddened to see Don's name in the obit today. Margaret, I am so glad Ted and I were alerted to your move to Wisconsin by your friend and my cousin in Colorado. I'm glad you both were able to find your church home at Covenant and share your many gifts with the Wausau community. I enjoyed his work at Sears.

I have fond memories of Don (and Margaret) as an active member(s) of Potpourri and Wellshire Presbyterian Church in Denver. He was witty and had his opinions, but also had a sincere interest and caring attitude toward his fellow man and his faith. He and Margaret left a hole in both organizations and in my heart. With blessings, Patricia Cox

Ward Rommel I have known Don #since Jr. High school in Denver (75 yeats). Four of us — Don, Ronald Vines, Eugene Herringyton, and ward Rummel, sharedmany good times and many personal challenges. We we drew strength from each other and much happiness. I remember Don for his openness, wiling to help and since of humor. The good times and challenging times together are part of our lives.we are all richer for knowing him as he became a part of our lives.? He leaves the world a better place then it was when he found it, and that is the hallmark of a life well done. Good bye to a treasured friend. Ward Rummel and wife, Dorothy Jean Koehler Rummel
