We share in the grief over the loss of John, the Connell family is in our thoughts and prayers always.

John became one of the Monday regulars at Devils Head. You could count on him no matter what the conditions were, he was there. He’d come early and stay late if need be . He was never one not to pitch in and do what needed to be done. We shared the duties as crew chief’s for several years till his knees started to be an issue. I was sorry to see him go, as a patroller, but understood fully. He still came around and skied with us but surgery finally called and that was it. He’d still pop in and have coffee with us from time to time. Don Kent
