Morgan Kalscheur

CROSS PLAINS -Morgan Mae Kalscheur, of Cross Plains, was called home on Saturday, May 21, 2022.

May 7, 1994, was the day this beautiful redhead began her impactful journey in our lives. Since birth, she was out to beat the odds, setting her mind to accomplish all the things we were told she couldn't do. Morgan's ambition allowed her to enjoy so much in life... fishing, camping, cooking, swimming, crafting, bowling, boating, and much more.

She was proud to have been a 2013 graduate of Middleton High School and loved working for the family business at Kalscheur Dodge. She taught and radiated kindness and love to all who knew her and met her. Her infectious smile and laughter let you know you had a friend for life. To know Morgan was to love Morgan.

Morgan is survived by her parents, Dean (Kelly) Kalscheur and Cindy Rogeberg; sisters, Abby and Bailey, who Morgan referred to as "her girls;” grandparents, Paul "Grandpa Growler" Kalscheur, and Joe and Shirley Hogan; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Patricia Kalscheur, and Lars and Marilyn Rogeberg; and her uncle, Doug Kalscheur.

Thank you to her many caregivers and job coaches who allowed her to expand her independence.

Thank you to the nursing staff at UW Hospital TLC Unit for the tremendous care, love, and support they showed to Morgan and her family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. FRANCIS XAVIER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2947 Thinnes St., Cross Plains, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until the start of the Mass on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to Easter Seals Respite Camp where Morgan enjoyed summer camp for the past 17 years. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
