MADISON - Don W. Price, age 69, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Meriter Hospital. He was born on June 26, 1952, in Madison, the son of Don and Alice (Luther) Price.
Don graduated from East High School in 1970. He was united in marriage to Debra Witt on May 16, 1981, in Ladysmith. Don worked as a pressman for over 25 years. He was a state representative for the International Rett Syndrome for several years.
Don was an avid fisherman and deer hunter. He coached youth football, baseball and wrestling and played softball for many years.
Don is survived by his wife, Debra; daughters, Kimberly (Aaron) Lindas and Brandee Price; granddaughter, Talia Lindas; brothers, Michael (Barb) Price, Patrick (Mary) Price and Kelly Price; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Thomas Price; and sister, Sheila Price.
A funeral service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 12 noon on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Interment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park at a later date. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.
