Our families shared the love of Lake Delton for over 60 years. Our friendship continued as our parents would have loved to witness. From the wave to each other as we did yard work, to a lovely boat ride and dinner with you and Ken; we will treasure our times together. You will be missed Ruth.

Ruth Ann and I shared many adventures together when we lived in the Jefferson School neighborhood in Richland Center. We shared candy from Barry's store, played tricks on the local neighbors and exchanged May Baskets. Her family was special!

I was saddened to read about Ruth's passing. I worked with her in the Division of Health in the early 1970s. Ruth was smart, energetic, enthusiastic, and fun. She was kind and had a beautiful smile. I remember she once ingratiated Gov. Lucy. We were in his office and right before noon he said he’d like to know something about a relative who fought in the civil war. Ruth went to the Veteran's Museum, then in the Capitol building, and came back after lunch and had a report for the Governor about his relative. The Governor beamed when she handed him a typed, well-documented report. He sang her praises and she was exuberant and could do no wrong after that. I was happy to see that Ruth had a good life. My condolences to Ken and her children. Marty Preizler
