My deepest sympathy to all of Shirley's family. I golfed with her at Bridges and we played bridge together for years. Also bowled with her for some fun times, as well. She was good at them all and I always kided her when golfing, asking if I'd be able to reach her skill level when I reached her age. I'm sure you will all miss her.

Dear Thompson Family: Mary, Rodney, Janet, and Randy,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your memories of Shirley mention her treasured years on Maple Shade Farm. I too, fondly remember her there—cutting gladiolus or peonies, picking garden strawberries and even hopping on a tractor for some field duty all with a friendly wave! She still found time to share Thompson treats often from my favorite spot –the Maple Shade lawn picnic table. For very special occasions, we savored her beautiful and delicious multi-colored/layered chocolate cake—always served with a Shirley smile! May your Shirley memories and gifts of family heritage bring you comfort now and always.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Cousin Jeanne Lygre
