To Amy, Cyndie and Jay, This was a beautiful obituary for your mom. I have so many special memories of Auntie Eunie. I always wished mom my could cook like yours, especially desserts! Her chiffon cakes were legendary. The banana chiffon was moms’s favorite and your mom always made a special delivery on Feb 28 to celebrate with mom. Thinking about you all so much. Losing a much loved mom is so hard. But weren’t we lucky to have a family full of strong, beautiful, kind and caring women? Love you! Bon

Lovely tribute to a beautiful women who touched so many. She made such a difference in so many lives and always found the good in people. Eunice was a class act and I will hold her in my heart forever. I feel so fortunate to have known her. She was a great listener and so kind. The world has lost a angel and no doubt heaven has welcomed one with open arms. She loved her family above all things. She will be greatly missed. Love her forever.
