Diana Simons

WATERTOWN - Diana Lee Simons, age 67, of Watertown, former longtime Madison resident, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, March 4, 2022. She was born on April 25, 1954, in Baraboo, Wis., the daughter of Lymon and Donna (Hughes) Watson.

Diana is survived by her three sons, Vincent (Brianna Williams) DiLorenzo III, Christopher (Melissa Breitenstein) DiLorenzo, Joseph (Vanessa) DiLorenzo; and daughter, Vanessa (Daniel) Barlow. If you knew Diana all of these kids were her world.  In addition to her wonderful kids, she is survived by her 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; special friends, Vincent DiLorenzo Jr., Kristina Gorman and Heather Schwantes; and many other special and dear friends and family members. Diana was preceded in death by her grandson, Chris; her beloved husband, David; and her parents, Lymon and Donna Watson.

A funeral service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2022. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the start of the service on Friday. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
