Edgerton - Ashley Rose Niesen was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on Oct. 13, 1985. Ashley passed away unexpectedly in her Edgerton, Wis. home on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022.  Ashley was known as a loving woman who would do absolutely anything for her boys. She taught her boys how to fish in hopes that one day they would be as passionate about fishing as she was.

Ashley is survived by her sons, Ethan and Silas Niesen; brothers, Anthony Niesen and Jeremy Bellucci; father, Michael Niesen; and grandparents, Hans and Eva Niesen. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother, Rose.

A celebration of life will be held will be held at Gunderson East Funeral and Cremation Care, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

Ashely. I don't even know where to begin. We were childhood best friends and shared so many laughs and memories. I cherish those days so much. You were one of a kind. I know as we got older life took us in different directions but we kept in touch. I loved seeing you fishing with your boys and the big smiles on everyone's face. I will always remember you as a fierce loving mother, animal lover, fishing enthusiast and my childhood best friend. I will hold those memories close to my heart. Im glad you are with your mama.
