Judy and Family, I’m so sorry to hear of Paul’s passing. He was a very sharp man with a strong and sympathetic heart. Paul hired and mentored so many of us at Frito Lay, and was an incredible leader. His ability to compete while doing the right thing was absolutely second to none. Some people have a gift for developing talent, bringing the best out in others, all while showing compassion and putting people first. Whenever there was a crisis or dilemma, whether it was of personal or professional nature, Paul was first class and ahead of the time in providing support to whomever or whatever needed assistance.
