If you are reading this, it means that Leukemia finally won, and I have died.

I want to thank a few of the many, many people who have helped me during my recovery, knowing very well that I won’t remember you all.  It starts with my family - Syd, Cole, and Dean.  You were there for me every day and I love you.  Thank you - Marjorie, Nurse Nancy, Rebecca, Squid, Life Group, the Crossroad Gang, the La Follette Girls, Deanna, extended family, and everyone else who helped support me and my family for the past four years.  I have also missed working with my amazing massage clients, and I am sure you have missed my bony elbows, too!

To all of you who have been closest to my heart, it might seem that life right now just sucks.  I don’t blame you for feeling lost and I’m right there with you.  It sometimes feels like the days cannot go by fast enough.  Breathing takes effort.  Thinking of past events that were once taken for granted hurts.  I’m there with you.  I know where you’re at.  Tomorrow will be better.  I promise.  Love, Michele.

A Celebration of Michele’s Life will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022, from 1PM - 5PM, at The Community Center/Town Hall at Kalscheur Park in Pine Bluff, 3734 County Road P, Cross Plains, WI  53528.
