Obituary
MONONA - Mitchell Forrest Monson, age 32, of Monona, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 20, 2022. He was born on April 23, 1989, in Riverside, Calif., the son of Michael and Deborah (Ferge) Monson.
Mitchell was a mechanic and an all-around handy man. He could fix anything.
Mitchell enjoyed watching movies, taking road trips, fishing and playing disc golf with his friends and brothers. He loved dogs, especially his canine companion, Koda. Mitchell was charismatic, funny and the life of the party. He was a good friend and got along well with everyone. Mitchell had the biggest heart and was always willing to help someone in need. He was an amazing uncle and loved his nieces and nephews.
Mitchell is survived by his parents, Michael and Deborah; and two brothers, Ethan (Katherine) Monson and Adam Monson. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Roberta Ferge; and two grandfathers, Richard Ferge and Gerald Monson.
