LaRaine Dybevik

SUN PRAIRIE - LaRaine Dybevik, age 91, of Madison, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2022, at her home. She was born on June 19, 1930, the daughter of Ray and Gladys (Storey) Williams.

LaRaine graduated from Madison East High School. After high school she married the love of her life, Lowell “Mort" Dybevik. They enjoyed 55 years of marriage before Mort passed away in 2006. During that time, they owned McFarland Liquor Store for 26 years and eventually enjoyed retired life at their Lake Waubesa home. In her later years, LaRaine was an avid reader of romance novels, loved watching game shows, and enjoyed spending time with her family.  

She is survived by her children, Nancee Siebert and Michael Dybevik; four grandchildren, Dani Siebert (Jeff) Allen, Dawn (Amanda) Siebert-Evenstone, Nicole (Lucas) Zautner and Ryan Dybevik; six great-grandchildren, Peyton, Paige and Presley Allen, Camden and Ella Siebert-Evenstone, and Brooklyn Zautner; and one sister, Karen (Jim) Schultz. LaRaine was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Raymond and Richard Williams; and husband, Mort Dybevik.

A funeral service will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Drive, Madison, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2022, with Pastor Lex Liberatore presiding. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the start of the service on Wednesday.
