I wish I could be in Wisconsin to give you all a hug and personally express my condolences. I spent many days and some nights in the Otis household growing up. A lot of great memories. Del had a great laugh. My heart breaks for all of you. Jan

I will always remember uncle Del with a smile on his face, his infectious laugh and a great sense of humor. He was always fun to be around. I remember the days when my dad, Dave Otis, Delbert and their friends would go to Schwaegler‘s on bowling night. I loved to tagalong as a kid not to mention all the great times in Black River Falls, Millston deer hunting! No family event was the same when Delbert and Lorraine were not there! My condolences to Delbert's family. Del worked at my parents IGA store on Midvale Blvd. for many years. My brother Bruce Morgan and I have very fond memories of Del. He was always so kind an pleasant. Bruce remembers his small bottles of Pepsi he would fill the soda machine with. He always said you have to have a glass bottle.
