I delivered meals to Helen as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She was one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met. She knew my last name and once saw an obituary for an elderly lady with the same last name and thought for sure it was my mom. Helen wanted to give me a card in condolences. She was that kind of a person. So sweet I’m sorry I didn’t get to say goodbye to her. Jim

I have practically known Helen my whole life. My mom and my aunt's were some of her best friends. Helen would ride share to work with my mom and one of my aunts. They would drop my brother, cousin and I off at day care in the morning. I also got to work with Helen for a short time when I was a LTE during tax season. As I got older I was at times the birthday Ho Chunk driver. Helen looked forward to these trips. Helen was one of the nicest and most caring people I have ever met and she will surely be missed.
