Donna was well-known to a generation of Monona Grove students as “Justin’s Grandma”. I saw her countless times in the pick-up lane, after school, when she and Jerry would be there for Justin. She always had a warm smile and kind word for all of Justin’s friends and their moms. She was truly a gem of a person. My condolences to Jerry, Julie, and the family. She will be missed.

Julie, Dan and Jill- I’m so sorry for the passing of your mother. I have such fond memories of our younger years, spending time in Mrs. Jodar’s immaculate and beautiful home. Her smile and patience with us running in and out of her home all those summers made us always feel welcome—she was like June Cleaver to me… pure perfection.
