Rest in peace, Uncle John.

I marched for John in the Madison Scouts, then followed him to the 32nd Hussar, where I marched for a year, then became staff. After that I worked construction for him building the Middleton Station, then as bar manager there. John and my mom became very good friends. I had not seen John in decades. I am sorry for his loss and send my kind regards to his family. Rick Rolfsmeyer, Hollandale WI
