Lorraine Kosovac

Lorraine was a fixture at Sauk Gardens for many years. Some memories: Lorraine taking over "leadership" in the kitchen after firmly declaring herself a follower; her TLC of MaryJane Turnbull during her last months; her heroic struggles learning to knit; her stoic endurance of the pain of compression fractures; cuddling in a full-body blanket to keep warm while playing Bingo, and so many more. To Linda and Mindy who hosted Lorraine's magnificent birthday celebrations: Girls, you set the bar so high, no other birthday parties here will ever come close. Rest in Peace, Lorraine.
