My condolences to the entire Green family. I was saddened to hear of Kari's passing. I worked with Kari for a number of years and got to socialize outside of work too. We had some good times. She will be missed.

Kari was a great friend. I worked with her for many years. She had an untamed spirit which I will greatly miss. I will also miss our talks over margaritas and nachos!!! I wish I would have gotten together with her more after her retirement. My condolences to Kari's family.

Kari was an absolute gem! She was a fantastic human and amazing custodian taking care of so much and taking pride in her work. I always looked forward to her visits to the gym and knew we could count on her help when we needed something. I was happy for her when she retired, but she was surely missed! I’m grateful to have known her and send my deepest sympathies to her family. Cheers to Kari!

My favorite gym stop was at East as I so enjoyed Kari. She went out of her way to always do more than expected and assure all adult teams had a great experience. She’d warn me of upcoming conflicts with schedules (a computerized system only works if everyone uses it) and cared about much more than just her job duties. Best of all was her attitude, kindness and sense of humor. Condolences to all her family and friends. Rita Kelliher

Kari's no-nonsense care for the building and dedicated advocacy for her colleagues made a great contribution to the positive and welcoming spirit of East High in the community, particularly in the evenings. I was always grateful to know she was in charge and appreciated her flexibility and input in the planning of afterschool events. Plus her sense of humor when the inevitable surprises came along. My condolences to the family and best wishes for a future gathering full of good memories.
