Dema Marie Dresen

Madison - Dema Marie Dresen, age 86, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021, at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born on Feb. 20, 1935, in Grand Forks, N.D., the daughter of Carl and Bernice (Kirkedahl) Beaver. Dema married Thomas J. Dresen on Sept. 10, 1951, in Racine, Wis. she enjoyed reading, traveling, and baking. Dema was a loving wife and mother. Dema is survived by her children, LaDonna Albanese, John (Lynne) Dresen, Linda (Robert) Lamb, Kay Dresen-Poplawski and Wes (Roxann) Dresen; grandchildren, Amy Albanese, Cherie Fuhrman, Christopher (Lori) Suarez, Howard (Kylie) Cagle, Clinton (Jess) Cagle, Justin (Jena) Cagle, Jessica Poplawski, Jackie (Jon) Mouw, Carl Dresen and Christina Dresen; great-grandchildren, Samantha, Amanda, Rachael, Emma, Trevor, Hannah, Bennett, Tate, Emily, Ethan, Lilyan, Stephen, Naomi, Mykaylah, Elijah, Jose and Paul; great-great granddaughter, Harper; siblings, Jean Green, Bonnie Carlson, Beverly (Ron) Hatler, Ada Beaver, Adele McIntyre, Butch (Cindy) Beaver, Mike (Sharon) Beaver and Tyna (Lyle) Babbitt; and many other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas; brothers, Vernon and Marvin Beaver, and Delbert Beaver; sister, Bertha Chivilicek; and grandson, Tommy Dresen.
