Dorothy M Knudtson

OREGON - Dorothy Marie Knudtson, age 92, of Oregon, passed away at home on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born on April 8, 1929, in Dodgeville, the daughter of Glenn and Pearl Garfoot. Dorothy was an animal lover and enjoyed baking, canning and gardening. She loved to shop and go to flea markets. Most of all, Dorothy loved being around her family at family get togethers. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor and kindness. Dorothy is survived by her children, David (Pat) Knudtson of Madison and Jeanne Knudtson of Oregon; sister, Ellen Beckwith; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Robert Knudtson; daughters, Kathy Bongard and Pamela Knudtson; granddaughter, Monica Marie Knudtson; and siblings, Paul Garfoot, Wayne Garfoot and Mae Tilley. Private graveside services were held at West Blue Mound Cemetery.
