He was born on August 21, 1978, in Madison, WI, the son of John Calabrese and Theresa (Terry) Carney.  Vincent graduated from LaFollette High School in 1996 and went on to establish his own tile company Diamond Blade Tile.

Vincent loved his family and was very passionate about his Italian heritage, which he loved to show off. He had a heart of gold and was loyal to the people that he loved. He was well known throughout Madison and could make friends with anyone. He had an especially close relationship with his brother Joseph, and their connection was profound. Vincent loved animals and being outdoors. Camping and hiking were two of his favorite activities. He also liked to play pool, go to live music events and watch movies. Vince enjoyed sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also liked to have get-togethers, and he was always the life of the party. His smile would light up a room and his beautiful laughter was contagious. Vince took pride in his appearance and always matched from head to toe. He loved music and cars, especially the classics. Vince was adventurous and loved to explore new areas and try new things. He was very courageous and there were few things that Vince feared.

Vince pursued a career as a tile setter and laying tile was his art. He loved to create things and was very talented at it. His tile projects can be found in several establishments throughout the city and some of his tile work has also been showcased by Floor 360 in Madison. He was a very hard worker, and he put his heart into everything he did.

Vince spent the last few years of his life living in Minnesota with his girlfriend Renee Meiller, her two sons, Noah and Isiah, and their dog babies. He had a beautiful soul and was loved by everyone. He will be greatly missed.
