Scott P. Peterson

MOUNT HOREB - Scott P. Peterson, of Mount Horeb, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 12, 2021, at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. He was born on Aug. 1, 1976, in Madison. Scott is survived by his daughter, Morgyn, and her mother, Amy Jo Hagen; parents, Leo and Sue (Linnerud) Peterson of Blue Mounds; sisters, Deana Howard of Blue Mounds, Kerry (Jason) Schultz of Mount Horeb, and Kelly June Chambers of Blue Springs, Mo.; nephew, Lionel Howard-Risley of Blue Mounds; grandmother, Charlene Linnerud of Blue Mounds; partner, Tammy Morrill of Oregon; his best dog buddy, Chuck; and nieces, aunts, uncles and other relatives. Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Vicki (Adkins) Peterson; brother, Lance Peterson; and many other relatives. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses of UW Hospital and Agrace HospiceCare for their support in this time of need. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON CAMACHO MOUNT HOREB FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 500 N. Eighth St., Mount Horeb, on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. There will be a gathering for Scott at THE FIREHOUSE BAR & GRILL, 117 S. First St., Mount Horeb, after the visitation.
