Spending time with you this past few months has been a joy to say the least. Coming out to your house doing a little yard work and catching up on past time is a memory that I will never forget. You were and always will be a great lady, anyone who met you knows this is true. We all love you and you will be missed everyday until we meet again. I love you Grandma, rest easy. Love, Tyler

Dear Grandma, I’m so sorry that Ken, Wesley, and I could not be there today to celebrate your energetic spirit and loving personality. I will always be grateful for the years of Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, gathered around the table for good food and memories… walking into your house and being greeted by the smells of the fire and warm rolls baking in the oven. You loved to tell the story of when I stayed overnight and would only eat chicken soup with rice. We’d go for walks along the path to your driveway and see deer, turkeys, and birds. I remember playing in the creek near the house and climbing the hill out back with you one hot summer day. I remember you patiently trying to teach me to sew and going through your collection of gorgeous, colorful fabrics. I remember you always had a smile on your face and were quick to laugh. What a beautiful life you’ve led. I wish you could have met Wesley, but I know you have other grand- and great-grand babies in Heaven to snuggle and look after. I love you Grandma. Love, Rand
