Larry K Drake

The volunteers, flight team and board of Badger Honor Flight mourn the loss of their hero, Larry Drake. We are thankful for his military service and so very sorry we were unable to take him on the trip to Washington, D.C. Our sincerest condolences.

Maureen, Julie and Steve my sincere condolences at the loss of Larry. I have so many wonderful memories of spending time with all of you from childhood. He was always so warm and welcoming, offering up a big smile and calling out “Julie O” every time I walked in the house. There were a few rough years when my parents divorced and I spent a lot of time with you. Larry (and Maureen) always made me feel welcome and a part of your family. I will never forgot that kindness and will be thinking of you on Monday as you celebrate his life and lay him to rest. Love Julie O
